Rates and Services

All rates are quoted per person and per day in a double room unless otherwise stated. For stays of less than five nights, a surcharge of €15.00 per person per day applies. Single occupancy of a double room is subject to a 50% supplement.

The advertised rates include the services listed on our website, including the Val Gardena Guest Pass (MobilCard), garage parking, ski storage, ice skating facilities and other seasonal benefits.

Unused meals or services cannot be refunded.

The local tourist tax is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately. It currently amounts to €4.00 per person per day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Children staying in an extra bed in their parents' room receive the following reductions:

• up to 2 years: €35.00 per day
• 2 to 6 years: 50% discount
• 6 to 12 years: 30% discount

Reservations and Payment

Reservations become binding only upon written confirmation from the hotel and receipt of the required deposit.

The deposit amounts to 30% of the total booking value.

The remaining balance may be settled on site by bank transfer, debit card, credit card or cash within the limits permitted by law.

Cancellation, Late Arrival and Early Departure

According to Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, the deposit serves as a confirmation of the reservation.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• up to 3 months before arrival: deposit retained
• from 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking value
• from 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking value
• within the last 7 days before arrival: 100% of the booking value

In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival and Departure

Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.

If you expect to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please inform us in advance.

Guest Pass and Additional Services

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, guests receive the Val Gardena Guest Pass in accordance with current regulations.

The Guest Pass allows the use of public transportation throughout the South Tyrol mobility network and includes additional tourist services. Benefits may be subject to changes imposed by regulations or local authorities.

Liability, Data Protection and Final Provisions

Guests use all facilities, particularly the wellness and fitness areas, at their own risk. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for their children.

Gasthof Stua Catores shall be liable only within the limits established by applicable law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Italian law shall apply. The competent court, where legally permitted, shall be Bolzano (Bozen), Italy.
